ADHD & Autism Assessments for Adults
Whether you’re wondering about ADHD, autism, or both, a comprehensive assessment can help you make sense of your experiences, better understand yourself, and find clarity about what may help moving forward.
Could it be ADHD, autism — or both?
For many adults, the possibility of ADHD or autism only comes into focus later in life. You may have spent years finding ways to cope, working harder to keep up, or wondering why certain parts of everyday life seem to require more effort than they do for others.
ADHD and autism can also overlap — with each other and with experiences such as anxiety, low mood, burnout or the effects of difficult life experiences. This can make it hard to know what is really going on.
A comprehensive assessment brings these different pieces together, looking at your experiences across your life to develop a clearer understanding of what may best explain your strengths and difficulties.

ADHD and autism can overlap in ways that make it difficult to know which — or whether both — best explains your experiences. Our combined assessment explores the two together, helping to make sense of areas such as attention and executive functioning, social experiences, sensory differences, routines, emotional regulation and masking.
Rather than treating ADHD and autism as two separate assessments, we consider how different aspects of your experience fit together to develop a clear, integrated understanding of the bigger picture.
