Understanding Your Diagnosis — and What It Means for You
What We Offer
Our post-diagnostic support offers short-term, individualised sessions for adults and adolescents who would like support making sense of an ADHD or autism diagnosis
Sessions provide space to explore what your assessment findings mean for you, make sense of past and current experiences through a new lens, and develop practical strategies that fit your individual strengths, needs and everyday life.
There is no set programme or number of sessions. We’ll work with you to identify what would be most helpful and tailor support accordingly.
Sessions are available online throughout New Zealand and in person in Tauranga. You don’t need to have completed your assessment with Bay Psychology Services to access post-diagnostic support.
